Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen mango

  • 1 frozen banana

  • Pulp of 2 passion fruits

  • 200ml coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

To decorate:

  • Granola

  • Grated coconut

  • Fresh fruit of your choice

  • Chia seeds

Preparation method:

  1. Blend the frozen fruit in a blender with the coconut milk until you get a creamy texture.

  2. Transfer to a bowl

  3. Decorate with toppings

  4. Serve immediately.

  2. Assemble the wrap: Spread cream cheese (or yogurt) over the tortilla. Add grilled chicken, pineapple cubes, carrots and lettuce. If you want an extra sweet and sour touch, drizzle with a little honey.

  3. Finishing: Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up to form a firm wrap. If you prefer, heat it slightly in a frying pan to make it crispier.

  4. Serve: Cut in half and enjoy!

Preparation method:

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend the fruit, coconut milk, honey (if desired) and lemon juice until you obtain a smooth cream.

Preparation method:
